User Content

You retain rights to the content you provide to ThumbMuse. By submitting content, you grant ThumbMuse the rights needed to process that content and provide the requested thumbnail strategy services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use ThumbMuse in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse anonymous trials, credits, or billing workflows
• Use ThumbMuse to distribute malware or harmful content

• NSFW-, sexuell explizite, sexuell anzügliche, pornografische oder Erwachsenen-Inhalte
• Illegale Inhalte, Hass, Belästigung, Missbrauch, gewalttätiger Extremismus oder Selbstverletzung
• Täuschende, betrügerische, betrügerische Nachahmung oder irreführende Manipulationsinhalte
• Nicht einvernehmliche sexuelle Inhalte, sexuelle Inhalte mit Minderjährigen, Deepfakes, Face-Swap oder Gesichtsmanipulation
• Inhalte, die geistiges Eigentum, Privatsphäre, Persönlichkeitsrechte oder Plattformrechte verletzen

ThumbMuse kann Prompts, Ausgaben, Downloads, Projekte, Konten, Abrechnungszugriff oder Supportanfragen blockieren, wenn dies aus Compliance-, Sicherheits-, Rechts-, Zahlungs- oder Missbrauchsschutzgründen erforderlich ist.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ThumbMuse if these Terms are violated or if continued access would create operational, security, legal, or billing risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
