User Content

You retain rights to the content you provide to ThumbMuse. By submitting content, you grant ThumbMuse the rights needed to process that content and provide the requested thumbnail strategy services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use ThumbMuse in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse anonymous trials, credits, or billing workflows
• Use ThumbMuse to distribute malware or harmful content

ThumbMuse crea candidatos visuales de estrategia de miniaturas. No puedes usar ThumbMuse para generar, solicitar, subir ni intentar producir:

• Contenido NSFW, sexualmente explícito, sexualmente sugerente, pornográfico o para adultos
• Contenido ilegal, de odio, acoso, abuso, extremismo violento o autolesión
• Contenido engañoso, fraudulento, de estafa, de suplantación o de manipulación engañosa
• Contenido sexual sin consentimiento, contenido sexual con menores, deepfakes, intercambio o manipulación de rostros
• Contenido que infrinja derechos de propiedad intelectual, privacidad, imagen o derechos de plataforma

ThumbMuse puede bloquear prompts, resultados, descargas, proyectos, cuentas, acceso de facturación o solicitudes de soporte cuando sea necesario por cumplimiento, seguridad, motivos legales, de pago o de prevención de abuso.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ThumbMuse if these Terms are violated or if continued access would create operational, security, legal, or billing risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
