User Content

You retain rights to the content you provide to ThumbMuse. By submitting content, you grant ThumbMuse the rights needed to process that content and provide the requested thumbnail strategy services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use ThumbMuse in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse anonymous trials, credits, or billing workflows
• Use ThumbMuse to distribute malware or harmful content

受け入れ可能な利用ポリシー

ThumbMuse はサムネイル戦略のビジュアル候補を生成します。以下のコンテンツを生成・ 要求・アップロードしたり、その試みたりするために ThumbMuse を使用することは できません：

• NSFW、性的に露骨、性的に示唆的な、ポルノ、またはアダルトコンテンツ
• 違法、憎悪、ハラスメント、虐待、暴力的過激主義、自傷に関わるコンテンツ
• 欺瞞的、詐欺的、なりすまし、誤解を招く操作コンテンツ
• 同意のない性的コンテンツ、未成年者が関わる性的コンテンツ、ディープフェイク、 顔交換、顔の操作コンテンツ
• 知的財産、プライバシー、肖像、プラットフォームの権利を侵害するコンテンツ

ThumbMuse は、コンプライアンス、安全性、法的、決済、または不正防止の理由で必要 な場合、プロンプト、出力、ダウンロード、プロジェクト、アカウント、請求アクセス、 サポートリクエストをブロックすることがあります。

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ThumbMuse if these Terms are violated or if continued access would create operational, security, legal, or billing risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
